Our Herds

We purchased "Bucky" from Magnolia Creek Farms in 2020 and have used him as our primary sire for the last 3 years. Bucky is the most gentle guy. He loves people and has a high degree of myotonia. Bucky is naturally polled. 

"Denny" was the first kid born on Jaclin Farms. His mother was bred by E4406 Hidden Mickey at Magnolia Creeks Farms before we purchased her. Denny comes from a long line of Moon Spotted goats. Denny is very docile. We are thrilled to see what kids he will produce this year! 

Lotus is our newest buck! We purchased him from Cindy at Syncope Falls Fainting Goats after we saw his mother on display at the New River Valley Sheep and Goat Club G.O.A.T. festival in 2023. Heidi Ho is a small, blue, long haired fainter that stole our hearts at first sight! Cindy wouldn't sell us Heidi Ho so we settled for her next buckling! We hope to incorporate him into our breeding cycle beginning this fall!

Kate was one of the first goats we purchased for our farm in 2019. She is a great mother and always produces consistently.  

"Dandy" and her twin "Daffy" were purchased from MCF in 2019. Dandy was the first of our goats to breed and kid out on the farm. She is a wonderful mother. 

"Dandy” and her twin "Daffy" were purchased from MCF in 2019. Dandy is the one of our friendliest goats! 

"Willow" pictured above with Denny in the Fall of 2021. She has since produced healthy single bucks each year. 

"Maple" is another Syncope Falls born doe. Purchased through MCF in 2021 along with "Willow", Maple has been a consistent producer for our farm. She has always produced twins sired by Pongo, one black and one brown. We are excited to see what her kids with Denny will look like this spring! 

"Daisy" was a purchase from Magnolia Creek Farms in 2022. She has given us several beautiful kids and has shown great parasite resistance. She has great conformation and has been an exceptional mother.  

"Maggie" will be bred for the first time this year. She and her sister Marigold have shown great growth and potential. We cannot wait to see what kids they'll bring us this year! 

Marigold has the prettiest brown and white coat with black feet! We love the color variation she brings to our herd and cannot wait to see what her first kid(s) will look like this spring! 

We purchased Misty from Syncope Falls Farm in the fall of 2023. We we’re thrilled to add her beautiful “blue” to our herd. Misty is currently bred to Denny and we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of her kids! 

Poppy, as well as her twin sister Posy, was retained from our 2023 kidding season. She will be bred to kid in 2025.

Sunflower was retained from our 2023 kidding season.She looks almost exactly like Magnolia—her older sister. She will be bred to kid in Spring 2025. 

Chrysanthemum was retained from our 2024 kidding season. Her growth rate has been phenomenal! Such a sweet goat too!

Gladiolus was retained from our 2024 kidding season. She is absolutely beautiful! Completely covered in moon spots, facial stripes, and BLUE eyes! She is the full package!

Hyacinth was retained from our 2024 kidding season. She is white with black spots and has the bluest eyes we have ever seen!
